    LG 32LK330 - Sound but no video on Tuner

    I have an LG 32LK330 LCD tv here that works perfectly fine on all input sources except the Analogue/DTV Tuner. I get sound on the tuner but no video output. The menus work, but its just black.

    Is this a tuner issue? Does any one have any experience with this, if I source a tuner and solder it in, would it be probable that it will fix the issue?

      could be a lot of things. best bet is to replace the board...between $50-$90. its better than buying a new one

          I know this was ages ago, i finally got around to poking at this unit again. Turns out it was a firmware glitch. I went into the service menu. entered the panel calibration, then changed the country local to something different and then back to my country. This causes the tv to hard reset. and the Analogue and digital Coax video input now works again. Resetting the tv from the User accessible consumer menu did not help this.

              I am facing a strange issue, I don't have any sound over my internal MacBook speakers and also the video won't start. If I change to my head speaker or via HDMI (speaker on my external Display) the sound works over the head speaker or Display and also the video starts (ex. youtube).

              All happened after the battery ran out of power overall several days when I was on vacation.

              I tried to remove the battery and then reconnected the battery, and then the MacBook Pro 14 2021 won't accept any power from my power socket. Then I removed one speaker, connected again the battery...

              Audio video receiver KENWood KR-V990D,no sound

              When I select the FM receiver, I find a radio station, the sound is heard on REC OUT(L,R), REC TAPE1(L,R),REC TAPE2(L,R) on high-ohm headphones, the sound regulation does not work.
              The output reacts when I connect the record player to PRE OUT FRONT L, the sound is heard in the speaker but the sound regulation does not work. Then it does not matter what I chose on the front selector.
              I replaced the capacitor C303/0.047F, nothing changes.
              I'm asking for help, what should I do next?

              Good morning everyone,
              I'm trying to repair an onkyo ht-r390 that has no sound output, despite the volume being at maximum, the rest seems to work; the video output signal (coming from an hdmi input) is present, but the audio is absent. Similar situation if I send an audio signal from any input I have no output.

              The firmware reported is the following:
              M:1.00/11107BLP
              D:?.??/????????
              O:1.00/11107AL

              The DSP firmware given the question marks seems corrupt.

              Good day ladies and gentleman!

              I am currently trying to repair a Grundig Vision 9 37 9880 T USB LCD TV for a friend that has a weird audio problem. Basically everything works fine except for the heavily distorted sound when the Subwoofer module is connected and there is a buzzing sound coming from the PSU PCB.

              This seems to be a rather rare TV so there is not much prior on topic help to be found however a service manual is available at the usual sources (Electro Tanya i.e.).

              I think the PSU buzzing comes from one of the coils near the bridge rectifier but...
