Have this issue
Found signs of burning or some sort of build up of something on the flex cables that go between T-CON and screen buffer boards
Tried cleaning the flex cables and the ports where they go in but the problem remains
Swapped the flex cables but problem remains
Cannot see anything burnt on the main board or the t-con board
Checked for shorted capacitors on the buffer board and did not find anything

Am going to try using sticky tape on one of the flex cables to and see if i can resolve

Have checked voltages across the T-CON board
I dont have specifications
Various voltages seem present at or to all components

I am not the owner of this TV
I wonder if something was spilt and caused this damage
I wonder if the panel itself is damaged

Really hard to tell what all is damaged, don't think this one would be worth the effort, If you want to fool around with it, maybe try seeing if those traces that look burnt from the 3 resistors on the left there, what is it R11-13. Can't really see too well from pic, maybe check for continuity from resistor to where it goes to connector there and check the resistors too. Those traces look burnt from just the pic.
