Samsung UN46D6003SFXZA no pic or sound just led light blinking

I have restarted a new thread on this TV because I added to another thread, but the model # was one digit off.
I have a UN46D6003SFXZA that is non responsive. The LED light in front blinks, but the tv does not turn on or anything.
The blink is a 2 flash 5 times blink. I hope that makes sense. It blinks twice five times, then goes solid for about 2 seconds and then starts the blink sequence over.
I added pics of the power supply and main board. I checked fuse on power supply and am not sure where to go from here. I also tried the mute, 1, 8, 2, power with the remote, and nothing.
Has anyone come across this before?

However it helps, Samsung do not use blink codes. That is just a "boot loop", the TV cannot start. Probably it is main board or open LED strip.

Have you unplugged the mainboard from the PS and see if the LED's illuminate the screen when you plug in the unit?

I have unplugged the main board and plugged it in and there was nothing. How would I check the LED strips?
