at this case you need to feed the TV with HDMI Signal and you should hear sound,,, then the problem will be clear

Diah Since each led show 3v with Led Tester i measure it with a multimeter and there a small difference between the old and the new ones but i do not know if it is relevant :
New :2.504 v
Old : 2.526 v
do you think it can matter ?

No, this is normal depending on Manufacture and age.. do the test with HDMI signal... you should hear sound
