OK is that because you dont have any for it to find on a usb stick?
Might be a daft question but have you tried emailing RCA to ask if they can email you the latest software for that tv or provide a link to it.

Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

      1. Determine the pin configuration for your particular EEPROM. Let's say Pin 5 is the SDA and Pin 8 is the VCC.
      2. JoinPin 5-SDA and Pin 8-VCC with a jumper wire.
      3. Power ON the TV and hold for 20 seconds. (Observe if a warning message appears on the TV screen.)
      4. Disconnect the Pin 5-SDA connection.
      5. Shut down TV.
      6. Disconnect next end of the jumper from Pin 8-VCC.
      7. Power On TV.
Did you do Pin 4-GND and Pin 5-SDA or Pin 8-VCC and Pin 5-SDA? (I prefer Pin 8-VCC and Pin 5-SDA)
Disconnect Pin 5-SDA then turn off from TV. (Steps 4 and 5)
      I see most everyone is saying Pin 5-SDA (S-erial DA-ta) and Pin 6-SCL (S-erial CL-ock)
I could be seeing wrong....Look at the pin configuration on the PDF-Page 1
