    Samsung UE43AU7172UXXH BIOS

    Mainboard Model: KANT_SU2E_AU7000 Rev: 1.2 (BN9654206U)
    PowerBoard: KANT_SU2e_43_HYBRID_PW Rev 1.0

    Power board seems to be working when i unplug mainboard backlight comes, but with everything plugged in, i get standby light, when i press powerbutton, the standby light very slowly flashes 5 times and then it stays on again. I suspect bios might be corrupted. If anyone could check and repair that would be great.

      Just an update, i've replaced the mainboard for a new one and the TV is working, after some measurements i think this firmware is functional and issue was elsewhere.

          After installing Linux, I can no longer enter the BIOS of my Samsung Series 9 (NP900X3C) laptop. When pressing [F2] during boot I simply get a black screen. Same thing when pressing [F10] and choosing "Setup" from the "App Menu" tab. Apparently this is a relatively common issue with Samsung laptops of that generation, but unfortunately i haven't been able to resolve the issue (yet).

          The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.

          Suspected Cause:
          I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

          Dead / No Power / No Standby Light results after power company had three
          consecutive power outages on/off/on/off/on/off after which TV was rendered unresponsive.

          After exploring the issue found Mainboard was the fault. Then with research on this site determined IC1604 was the suspect.           Hi all,

          My Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 15.6-inch laptop has no display and won't boot.
          The charging red LED lights up, but the charging screen doesn't show any indication.
          When I press the power button, the blue LED cycles on and off three times, then the screen doesn't turn on, and the device won't boot.
          (I've tried removing the battery and resetting the device, but the issue persists.)
