Tape mask on samsung RU7100

I got boot looping 65RU7100 and did tape mask and got image back. I narrowed down the problem to 1 pin it was pin 16 on left side which is CKVB1 so I masked that pin as well as CKV1 cause I read should do them in pairs. Image is pretty good but I get horizontal scan lines on bad side of panel, any way to fix this? When I was experiementing with blocking CKV pins I noticed the more I blocked the more color loss I got on bad side of panel

oh I found theres a short between CKV1 & CKVB1 , I think that is internal panel issue so never going to fix that but I then saw "short killer" videos on youtube for this very issue haha https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5ti8vp9VUM

Not sure if it applies here but I had those exact lines with an old tv that had a bad tcon board, in my case it had a stand alone tcon board.

I followed this vid and got my best result with no lines. Key is to to short all the clock lines together after masking them, no lines after doing that.
I shorted them at the diode packs near where it enters panel.
Have great image now just slight color fade on bad side since one side is doing all the work I guess.

Well I taped 10 pins using the service manual for a similar model which also had the CN1300 & CN1301 connectors. My bad side was on the CN1300 so I taped pins 10 to 19 which are the clock lines and VGL,VGH
