    Only 11V? Not to 13V?
PSU has separate standby and run. If there is a fault with the run supply, the main board might cycle on and off.

Well that's the reading of my multimeter.

It's a pretty cheap one, and since the voltage is changing so fast it may be giving incorrect readings?

So what can we do next? I'm running out of options, unfortunately, and i really need to get this TV fixed.

I dont know a lot about tvs but a couple of tests may mean something to someone.

If you can get to it can you VERY carefully test the voltage on the main cap - meter on VDC600 may be 300-400v hold the test for a few seconds to see if the voltage varies
in time to the clicking. If you cant get to it, solder a couple of wires on it and test to them BUT remember its HIGH VOLTAGE. If you go the wire route make sure the cap is discharged and the set unplugged before soldering.

I notice on the back of the boards there are various test points marked if these are
accessible when the board is in place you could test on those using a ground screw
          for the black lead.
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

Zombie Samsung UN55NU6900F dead / no standby voltage - randomly came to life after hours of troubleshooting then died
            by tvguy12012012120
This is my first attempt at troubleshooting a board like this, I know I could just buy a new board but I'm curious to figure out how this works. I've been testing different components in the evenings this week and I think the problem is with the IC failing to start up for some reason. When the board is plugged in there is no standby voltage.

Then today it randomly sprung to life like a zombie but shortly died thereafter. I have no idea why it would have done that and its the first time I've seen it running. I discharged capacitors on the board last night, then it was sitting today....

LED TV Samsung The Frame 55 inch QE55LS03RAU Standby Light only
            by ChristianBr01
            Hello everyone,
I got a Samsung The Frame 55 inch TV for free from uncle cause it is not turning on anymore. I am in the second year of training as an electrician so I have knowledge already but I am far away from to be a pro.
The TV has Standby but ist not turning on. A Friend of mine owns a 50 inch Frame TV so I checked the One Connect Box and the One Connect Cable there. Both are good and working normally. I have opened the TV case and measured some voltages on the Board.
What I already found is that the 12.8V are not an the connector to the main board connector to the power...

Samsung QLED QE65Q7FNAT only standby light
            by Kaar3l
            TV: Samsung QLED QE65Q7FNAT
            PSU: BN4400940A
            MB: BN94-12832K

I got the tv in spring 2024. At that time it started, then ran 60 sec and poweroff. Seemed like reboot issue. I didn't have time and room to check it in summer so I plugged it in and now the standby light is on. I press button on remote, standby light goes off and tries to start?. No picture or backlight on LCD. I thought about removing diodes like in this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...sung-qled-q60r...
