    Samsung LN32D450G1G Picture issue

    The symptom:
The set powers on and has function on all the inputs.
    The audio is OK.
    OSD is good.
The screen at initial start up shows good color and picture.
After a few seconds, there is a horizontal band of 1.5” of the picture showing good colour at the bottom.
From the top to the band, the colour is showing as if there is no green and the hue (tint) is off.
Also I noticed a very thin horizontal black line where the good 1.5” band begins.

    My checks:
Reseated the flat ribbon cable from MAIN board to T-CON board and all other connectors.
The POWER and MAIN boards are good.
The T-CON board is good because the OSD is good and there is 1.5” of good picture at the bottom.
I didn't go further but it seems as if the T-CON board and PANEL are together as one unit.
Please advise me on this issue.
    See pics attached.
    Thanks.

        Re: Samsung LN32D450G1G Picture issue

So I know this is an old topic but I have a similar Samsung TV (LN32D450G1G). I am not sure if the t-con board is replaceable as its not mounted on the back panel but requires further disassembling of the panel at bottom. Also considering ordering online a replacement t-con board if it is indeed replaceable so how do I find out part number without disassembling now. Btw - symptoms are - good audio but no video just some vertical coloured lines.
