Hi, I bought another clothespin, as soon as I receive it, I'll try another dump.

Hello, I received my new clothespin, which seems to be of better quality.
So I did a first dump with Asprogrammer. If that doesn't work, I can do another dump with another application if you can advise me. Thank you.

Try it, don't forget to set and write down the status registers (0x88, 0x42) after recording the corrected dump, it's better to do it in the program "NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10"

Thanks for the dump, but I don't know how to do it for the status registers, so first I erase and write your dump in 25q40, but then how do I do it for the two status registers?

ok, thanks for all this info, I'll try to figure it out, I'm not too comfortable with programming.

Do I have to do the reprogramming and the status registers at the same time? Or flash with the fix dump and then do the manipulation for the status registers?

Programming instructions with the AsProgrammer program.

                  In the program:
                  1. Click "Detect Chip" and select W25Q40CL and "Select IC".
                  2. Click "Unprotect".
                  3. Click "Clear IC" and "Yes".
                  4. Click "Open File" and select your corrected dump.
                  5. Press "Program IC" and "Yes".
                  6. Click "Verify IC".
                  7. Press the down arrow to the right of "Unprotect" and select "SREG Edit", put a check mark on SRP0, BP1, CMP, QE (S3, S7, S9, S14) and press "Write" and "Yes"
                  7. Close the program. Ready.

I have nothing to lose, the TV won't start at all, I'll try it, we'll see.

Hi, when I want to write the status registers I don't have the same thing as in your image at all. QE is not highlighted so I can't check it and other values are not present.

You need to remove the "locked" checkboxes.

It seems to be working, I got the red light back. It responds well to the remote.
I'll ask my colleague to take a picture of the TV in operation since I don't have the panel.

Well, in any case, thank you very much for your time and the modification of the dump, I did not know this failure.
