LG 49UB850V Start Up Issue

Hello Community,

I‘m Andi and I have some issues with my LG 49UB850V.


My TV turns on and the LG Logo appears for 1 sec.
After that the TV screen stays black but the backlight stays on.
No reaction on the remote or knob. I can’t open the menu.

The 2 LEDs on the Mainboard stay constant red.
If I plug in a usb drive with current firmware the TV detects the flash drive and I get a notification on the screen to install the firmware. I can't install a new firmware. It looks like the menu is frozen.

Do you have any ideas?

at the same way try use usb mouse or air mouse to see if it response for upgrade matter. even try reduce load by disconnect WIFI / BT

I plugged in an other usb device and it gets power.
It looks like that the TV operating system is not starting up.

hola amigo me pasa con lo mismo que a ti , necesitamos los dump de reflasheo , pero no los encuentro por ningun lado , mi tv es lg 49ub8550-zd
