SHARP LC-70UD27U black and white lines

Wondering if anyone has addressed an issue with the SHARP 70” LC-70UD27U having thin black and white lines running from left to right horizontally on the screen. I snagged this TV set from a neighbor since I have been successful in repairing numerous other TVs. I assume this probably happens to other TV sets and may have been addressed in another thread. If so please point me in the right direction.

What I have tried so far.
I have tested all HDMI inputs with the same results.
I have checked for firmware updates.
I have reset to factory settings.
I have removed the back panel and reseated all the wiring.

Have a look at the images included in this post. My ultimate goal is to determine if this is repairable or if I should move on. Any assistance in identifying the issue and how to repair the TV would be much appreciated.

usually these lines appears at below scenarios,
1- picture was before jumping / double image , doing masking one clock, picture became stable but the line appears ...( check if one of the ribbon cable have a mask )
2- Panel damage at glass on the side ( take out the bezel and inspect the screen glass at the lines area )
    3- T-con fault
4 panel COF fault if there any on the side panel installed.

+1, does it seem like a backlight led could be bad also? on top of a bad side cof or 1-3.
