    Voltage regulator values? K117S15

    This is U9 on a vizio main board.

    K117S15
    pin 1: 0.04V
    pin 2: 1.53V
    pin 3: 3.32V

    Does that seem bad?

    15 suffix indicates 1.5V, it is working.
