RCA 46LA45RQ 2 seconds to black

Heres an RCA 46LA45RQ model with the common 2 seconds to black (similar to the 42" model I read about)

However this one does use a separate inverter board for the backlights.

24v holds steady, unplugged from inverter or not & backlight signal from main board is up and steady. I did the trick where I placed a ccfl on top of the outputs of the transformers and heres what I got in the photo. The top part of the inverter is not outputting!

So I've narrowed it down to either bad ccfl lamps or the transformer and inverter board itself. Measuring the resistances of the transformers, the top one has a slightly lower resistance than the rest but not sure if its the problem. I'm about to swap the transformers and see if anything changes.

Looks to be a bad transformer. I swapped the top one with the middle one, and the missing output seems to have followed it. So I'll be replacing the inverter board since its relatively cheap.
