help with a screen issue

hi guys have a Samsung 32" TV that refused to switch on/stuck in standby. replaced a small cap and a resistor and tv switched on no problem, however there is 2 blue lines on the screen. can this be replaced or is the panel faulty ?

just when i go to switch tv off and the static on the screen dissapears the blue will turn to white just as tv powers off.

Bad panel. Common fault with early Samsung panels.

Out of interest what's the model number, a friend of mine is looking for a main board for an older 32" Samsung maybe it will be a match?

i have loads of Samsung Boards Tom that particular Tv is LE32R87BD but also have LE37R87BD and LE26R87BD at the moment. keeps loads of parts from smashed tvs etc, never know when they come in handy.
