Technika LCD32-209, 17PW26.3, No PFC?

Got this most irritating piece of Tescos Vomit--that will intermittently start.

I have 340-338 V across main reservoir cap, indicating to me that the PFC circuit--isnt running, It should allegedly be 390-395V....
This stays the same even when the set tries to start, but does drop somewhat by a couple of volts...

What is odd--the set when it does actually start up--will run fine all day.
--I havent confirmed that the PFC Isnt running when the set actually runs yet...
--Next job--If I can get it to start!

Any ideas as to the cause?--PFC Chip? MOSFET?

Check the PFC diode and capacitor for the Vcc pin of the PFC IC.

I have 16V at VCC pin, this supply comes from VCC2 via Q844......

Tried a new mosfet out of summit to do, still no go,--didnt think it would but what the hell......

When set is working, PFC V, main leccy-lytic voltage, is still only 330 odd.....
(Gone down from what it was--everyone cooking Sunday-Dinner drops my mains here....)

Guess the chip has popped it, the PFC_ON pin (Which is an Output Pin) is 0V

i'm surprised a tesco tv has pfc, the 24inch ones dont!
