le32r73bdx loses picture has sound and some lines

Hi all, hope your all well.

ok i picked up a samsung le32r73bdx i was told it wasnt bringing up a picture but had sound, the picture appeared when warmed up.

i opened the tv spotted some bad caps and replaced them, i gota a picture for a bit, but distorted. i replaced a few more including the main cap turned on worked great for around 2 hours, then the picture went and all i have is a few red green blue lines on one half only...

i thought maybe this is bad tabs all along but opened right up and tried tapping them to see if any thing happens. nothing just the same.

so whats left? the t con? main board? maybe bad sm caps on main board?

any ideas?

I've had that before intermittent voltage regulator on t-con (on a LE40R73) -- post a pic of your t-con.

tv is on with sound but no picture or menu

Yours is different but it might be the same problem.

With the board installed check the voltage on the UP4, U14 and UP2 voltage regulators - use 20V DC range with red probe on each pin and black on chassis. Also note the part #s of each. If possible get one reading when faulty and one when working.
