Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with this issue before I give up on this TV.
In short, I replaced the T-CON board due to an error code indicating that was the problem, after which it flashed a green and orange LED meaning software update required. I cannot get the tv to do the required update via USB, so I am stuck.
Here is a rundown of the symptoms and the steps I have taken to troubleshoot:

This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.
After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.

I have a customer complaining that tv has a software issue .. He tried to update with some other software but first he had issue of no picture , then after another update he had no sound but had picture. So its pretty clear its a software problem.

Computer boots and gets the software update. No visible water damage. All connections tested on another logic board and they all work. The logic board only gives this error when booting normally. Boots fine in safe mode. None the less still looking for visual damage and nothing shows damaged on the board. Board has everything disconnected except the USB C and battery so it can boot normally. Plugged up to external monitor. Boot into safe mode and I'm now trying to install Combo update and see if that works, if not any suggestions?
