I think I have a bad ZSUS, anyone see this issue before? Almost looks like a cracked lcd display. Voltages look good and fuses check ok on zsus. I'm thinking if it is bad, the large ic/regulator assy. went on it.

No blown fuses. Saw a few boards out there under 60 bucks. The "kit" is like $45, but the last time I fought with one of those kits, spending the other 15 bucks will be worth it. Unless you have a desoldering station, it's a real pain.
I just fixed a vizio ysus with one of those kits. It worked, but a nightmare to desolder. How I miss my ungar desoldering station.Comment

Hi guys! I realized you have a lot of knowledge here so i am hoping you could point me in right direction with my odd issue.
The Tv is a Philips 58PUS8545/12, it had no picture but working backlights.
Original T-con:
Opened the Tv and tested to unplug one ribbon cable at a time. With this test i could see that i got fine picture on both halves as long as there was only one ribbon cable connected, with two connected picture were gone.
First replacement T-con:
I thought it might be t-con and ordered new t-con from china(supposedly tested)... -

My Plasma Philips 37inch chassis FTL2.1 does not show picture. It automatically goes into protection mode after 30 seconds (red led blinks at 3Hz)
Is there someone having any symptom like this? How to fix it?
