    Mitsubishi LT-46149 No Power

When you plug in the tv you hear a click and the power light just flashes. Will not power on. Think I tracked it down to the power supply board. Test point that says 24v is reading 9v. If you hit the "reset" button on the control panel a relay clicks. Are there common failures on this board to check? Would rather repair than just replace this board. The PB output connector is not reading any voltage. The PA does read voltage for the backlight control. Backlight outputs are reading no voltage. Thinking it may be on the live ac side of board?

Pictures of the board would help.

Update. Got the service manual. Did a reset. Found out TV takes up to 60 secs to boot up before you can turn it on. Still no idea why I wasn't getting any voltage readings. Reconnected all items to the board maybe that did it. Now that it turns on I have multiple black lines, and it you press on the frame on the top middle picture goes fuzzy and dims, Bad panel?

Will put pics up later. If its a tab bond is there a way to fix? I've seen people using double sided tape and rubber tubing. Would like a better solution.
