hitachi plasma psu (HA01572)

have hitachi 55hds52 with bad power supply (HA01572). have stby Voltages but can't get 24, 10.5, or 5.6 Voltages. have forced PSU on by connecting pin 3 to pin 6-7 and nothing. anybody ever work on these PSU ??? Can they be debugged as a stand alone (without load) ??

found blown thermal fuse (127 deg - 3 amp) on heat sink.. replaced it and set works perfect.
