the left board is the Ysus board and it has failed and is shutting down the supply board,on theses Ysus board it is the IPM under the big heatsink that fails and needs to be replaced only attempt this if you have the right tools or find a replacement board Flocko

The IPM is extremely difficult to desolder - a basic soldering iron is unfortunately inadequate.

You are going to have to check the y buffer as well, sometimes they blow together. I found a set of both boards on eBay for less than $100 and when I installed them, it fired up nicely......Except it had a thin black vertical line down the screen, bad plasma panel. So it's definitely a crap shoot with this model.

Samsung UN65NU6900FXZA Stand-by light on but voltages on PS indicate TV should be on
                    by DXseekerMO
                    Hello everyone!

Tonight I picked up a Samsung UN65NU6900FXZA with a curious issue.

                    Symptoms:

                    1) Plug TV in to AC outlet, stand-by light illuminates briefly and goes out.
                    2) TV does not appear to turn on
                    3) Backlights do not illuminate, voltages associated with backlights on Power Supply are not present
                    4) "Power on" terminal on Power Supply has 3.26v
                    5) "A13V" terminals have 12.9v
                    6) Stand-by test jumper on Power Supply has 12.9V
                    7) Optical audio jack on Main Board illuminates
                    8) With stand-by...

                    Schenker VIA 15 PRO, PF 4NU1F V1.0, P/N: MBPPF4NU18-F310 - 36mA in stand-by
                    by FriedFred
                    Hello, everyone!
I have here a Schenker VIA 15 PRO, with this numbers on the board: PF 4NU1F V1.0 and P/N: MBPPF4NU18-F310 .
I took out the memory and the battery and the SSD.

So, in stand-by, only the board, takes 36mA. No power-button pressed at all, I can measure 1.8V, 3.3V, 5V. All coils present voltages except the two power rails for the CPU. The CPU is a AMD Ryzen 5 4600H.
After pressing the power-button, the current raises to 500mA and the two power rails for the CPU show up with 0.8V.
After several seconds, the fans switch-off and the board keeps powered...

                    LG OLE65C1 Stand-By issue
                    by Titus6
                    Hello everyone,

I bought an OLED65C1 refurbished TV back in 2022 from a shop. The TV is awesome, this is my first OLED and I really love it.

However I have an issue with the TV since the end of last year. I noticed when my TV is in Stand-By, sometimes the LED goes off then comes back on. When do so it seem periodical. It only goes away for 1-2 seconds, than comes back on. The TV NEVER turnes off, while it's on, so it's not overheating issue or electrical power issue.

I bought a service remote (MKJ39170828) and checked the menu 3. Power On/Off Status. I took...

                    Vizio E400i-B2 missing stand-by voltage
                    by DXseekerMO
I picked up this Vizio E400i-B2 with no stand-by light and diagnosed it with missing stand-by voltage. I found a Power Supply at ShopJimmy, installed it but it didn't work properly. SJ refunded the transaction and did not ask me to send the board back.

So I took some voltage readings upon the original board. Here's what I found:

                    Main caps have 169.9v

                    AC detect voltage is 1.3v

None of the MOSFETS appear to be short.

The opto (IC106) that appears to have something to do with stand-by voltage has 3.0 volts on terminal 1...

Hakko 950 SMT hot tweezers but no base or stand
                    by redwire
I got gifted a Hakko 950 SMT hot tweezers but no base or stand.
                    Any suggestions for building one?

"The 950 is compatible with the Hakko 936, 937, 939, 703, 926, 927 and 928 soldering stations." Apparently it has two heaters in parallel "24V 50W", one RTD temperature sensor 43-58Ω at room temp. 5-pin DIN.
I don't have any of those, have a 470-2 (no RTD in) and a FX-888A.
