DF20LC2U Rectifier question on y main

I have a VIORE PDP42V18HA with a strobe like effect and have checked all voltages ,VA, VS, ect. All good, . My question is on the y board there is a DF20LC30 Diode , going in there is 183v steady. coming out on both sides are very eratic, and here a light ticking. Picture is there, with some snow, and the stobe like. The 2 output pins test dead short
