samsung 50 inch plasma

It's a plasma ps50b451b2wxxu it had a line down the screen but I have got it back on as u can see on the pics it's like a image burn any idea how to get rid of it also the v scan is up and down I have checked vs and va and there spot on

I'd look at that Vscan part closely, try adjusting it, if that is bad, this very effect can sometimes be observed.
What does Vscan measure?

OK, so what's the voltage on Vsch, varying too? And the part # of ringed IC?
Measure Vsch to ground/chassis and also Vsch to -Vsc; for Vsch to -Vsc it should measure 130V to 150V.

Out of the top rod as u look at it 205v next down 15.4v and the lowest nothin

Test Vsch to ground, then Vsch to Vsc. Only test those two. Also part # of highlighted device - not pin voltages for now...
