I want to get this but I think its water damage tab bonds, don't know if the t-con is on bottom or top of this one. Any one have a pic of the inside of this set.

T-Con Board is on the bottom.

Yes, it may water damage tab bonds.

remove FPC 1 by 1 from tcon to panel. if right side half picture get blank. it is possible water damage tab bonds. care fully clean oxide with smooth brus and check for burnt track there.
