sanyo plc-xp40 projector fan issue..

Hi all, I think the red or black power cable for the fan touched the yellow signal cable..since then it only puts out 2.8v to the red ports.. the 2 green ports still work fine..

if i run an external 12v to the top port fan it powers on the other fans on the 2 other red ports with no problem.. but when when the power is coming from the blue port it wont power the red ports..

any ideas please??
