HISENSE LCD LED TV MODEL HX40N2176F LED DRIVER SN51DP IC PINOUT AND VOLTAGES

    Hello

Need to know the voltages that will be present on SN51DP ic when tv is in standby and when powered on.

Just to elaborate on the problem with the tv 1.set came in with flash of HISENSE logo on screen then back into standby.2. Now tv when plugged in red standby light present to quickly changes to blue but no backlights.3.Then an hour ago i checked again , came on standby and stayed until i pressed the power button which changed to power on (blue)4.As far as the led driver circuit goes voltage at output in standby was 38v , power on led light up voltages rise 58v-68v then drops to 42v.I have replaced a bulging 33 microfarad cap 200 v with a 33 microfarad cap 250v but still the same. There are mosfets (source shorted in respect to ground) and diodes shorted in the driver circuit.Suspecting ic faulty , hence the reason for requesting assistance with voltages.thank you so much

    thank you so much.

Post good focused straight on picture of the board, describe which parts are shorted as in D108, etc, easy to test a mosfet for short in circuit, just check if any of the leads are sorted to the other two leads or you get very low ohms, the diode is probably the easiest to remove and check if it reads short, as always make sure ALL solder joints on bottom of board are good, not cracked/cold etc, can search for bad solder joint images if needed.

Since you know you had at least one bad capacitor, try heating the electrolytic capacitors with a hairdryer for a couple minutes and try tv, don't wait til it cools, try it while it's still hot.

I have a few standby voltages that are 0, as seen in the picture. Is the Panasonic chip broken? In the picture I have all my voltages.

Hisense 50r6- no standby, no power, bad main board?
          by LemoneyF
          Hi all

I have a Hisense 50r6 that quit suddenly, immediately after turning it on. It no longer shows red a standby light and will not turn on. Completely dead.

I have tested the power supply and found the following:

363V and 373V across the input caps

          bri- 0V
          ana- 0V
          vamp-17.03V
          vamp-17.03V
          stb- 0V
          12V- 9.3V
          12V- 9.3V

To the extent of my knowledge (...not far!) these numbers are normal for a Hisense power supply in a standby state, though I would like some confirmation that 9v...

          LED DRIVER KEEPS DYING
          by osrex
Hello, this is my first post and im just a beginner, so be easy on me guy. thanks

i have a LED chandeilier that switches colors from white to cool white to warm when toggling the switch, it has 24 LED arms, each arm is 30 CM length.

i have no datasheet at all for the LED lights, all i have is its length.

long story short, testing the chandelier on the ground, and it works fine for 1 - 2 - 6 hours, no problem.

as soon as i fix the chandelier to the ceiling and bury the driver inside the hub,...

iMac A1224 PSU, 614-0421 - no standby voltages
          by Crystaleyes
          Hi chaps.

Having recently picking up two dead 2008 iMacs, one is now working, however there is still one to repair.

I was told that they both had failed power supplies, and seeing how I intend to crack SMPS repairs, it was a challenge not to ignored.

Anyway, this PSU in question had already had someone having a pop at soldering.

The current problem is (at the very least) in the primary side.

          Fuse is ok
          MOV is ok
          NTC is ok
          Bridge rectifier is ok (~380vDC)
          Fat filter cap is ok

Zombie Samsung UN55NU6900F dead / no standby voltage - randomly came to life after hours of troubleshooting then died
          by tvguy12012012120
This is my first attempt at troubleshooting a board like this, I know I could just buy a new board but I'm curious to figure out how this works. I've been testing different components in the evenings this week and I think the problem is with the IC failing to start up for some reason. When the board is plugged in there is no standby voltage.

Then today it randomly sprung to life like a zombie but shortly died thereafter. I have no idea why it would have done that and its the first time I've seen it running. I discharged capacitors on the board last night, then it was sitting today....
