    Sony XR-55X90J 4 blinks

Hey guys, got this Sony that turns on momentarily and then goes black with 4 blinks of the standby light. I can't find a service manual, but best guess was the Local Dimming board based on a similar TV saying LD_ERR or BCM_ERR. I found a replacement, but it didn't work. Before I put more money into replacement boards, Im wondering if anybody has seen this issue and what worked for them, or has the service manual for this specific TV.

    Thanks!

Look for nicks tvs video on YouTube where he takes out the BL err pin and grounds it to the chassis. Maybe you'll find the problem goes away and or you can see a dead led in the set.

Need a closer picture on the legend for PSU. This isn't a OLED is it?

It's not an OLED. Tried what you/Nick's suggested, i grounded out the BL-ERR pin (pin 1 on my power supply board), but no luck. I pulled pin 1 wire from the connector on the power supply board and grounded it to chassis with a jumper. Originally, I saw that when the TV fails, the BL-ERR jumps up in voltage, but doesn't latch. So don't think it's my backlights.....or at least not the same problem as in the video.

Ok, is there a troubleshooting procedure? Looks like T-Con according to your attachment. What do you mean by code error? Software?

The chassis is the same as yours, here is the service manual and the procedure for dealing with errors

Ok, so the BE_LD_RDY (CL5223) voltage was low, so I guess it's the Main Board since it's not an OLED and I already replaced the Local Dimming board?
