    Firmware Updates Availability?

    I have read alot of post about updating or replacing eeproms with firmware for mainboard. Well I tried looking up downloadable files from different manufactures to burn eeproms with a eeprom burner. But I have not been able to do so for Vizio, Samasung or LG. How does one obtain old or updated firmware for these TV sets? Sites dont sell eeproms with the programed chips because they want you to buy new boards because a surge/spike wiped the board out. Where can one obtain these files?

      Hello to everyone ,

      This is my first post here, and i would like to share with you a small story in case you can help me.

      Docker Type-C Gen 2 - Model 40AS. Was given to me by a friend for free ,but with the problem that you cannot use the video output ports.

      All ports work , USB , Ethernet, Type C ... but HDMI + Display Port don't work

      I searched on reddit and google for problem similar to that, and a LOT of people had fixed this problem by updating the firmware. So i tried , i searched and found 1.1.13 utility and 1.1.20 utility that can help...

      Hi guys.

      I've got a Ubiquiti US-8-150W POE switch which has issues with updating the firmware.
      Turned out to be a bad EEPROM chip. It would read the firmware and work as normal, but failed to write new firmware to it.

      So I took off the chip and read on EEPROM and saved it. Wrote to old chip and failed to write
      Got New chip and writes good.

      THE PROBLEM...
      It fails to fully load the firmware, POE lights fail to work during g firmware test during load. I'm suspecting bad EEPROM Read.

      Does anyone have a Good Firmware I can have?...

      I purchased a preowned AOC monitor that is not working and out of warranty. It was sold as not working. I am looking for guidance on self-repair. In particular, I am after the firmware for the monitor. At the end, I have included monitor model information and links to pics and vids of the issue.

      The problem is that it will not display a picture on any of its inputs. And the on-screen menu does not appear. The power button works properly. It powers on with the remote as well. But the on-screen menu does not appear, even when not connected to any...

      I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a recent experience I had with a laptop that had a Type-C Port issue, specifically related to a PD (Power Delivery) controller problem. After replacing the damaged PD controller chip with a new one I purchased from AliExpress, the laptop now charges properly and negotiates power as expected, allowing the device to power up. I've replaced this chip twice just in case.
