Sorry. You are correct. But on the screen this information appears. But I think the important thing will be the board's reference

LED BL circuit very easy to trouble shooting it with out schismatic. .... yours first post messurments are error...
                you have 2 strips... each had 28 LED type 3030 3V. , 28x3 = 84 V as you have 2 strips 84 x 2 = 168 V if they connected parallel... so where this 12V come.....
show clear high resolution photo the LED circuit from top and downside of the boards.. include the socket of LED BL from TOP and downside.

Hi Diah. Thank you for your attention. Same Samsung TVs I've repaired: FHD, HD ready and now UHD, I don't remember finding one like this, melted along the led strip. In confidence, I put the new led strips, the same strip popped again. I'll go back to see the values and then I'll come back and give you news. This TV was repair in guarantee time, same problem. When it was repaired I don't know if they changed the board. Thanks

who knows.... many things are mistrust for me.. i would suggest don't buy ready strips,,, just buy Led from aleexpress 3030 cool white 6000 3.3V --. 100 pieces will coast less 6ยง... replace all on yours in hand burned strips..

Hi. This TV has two LED strips. When everything is ok in terms of the LED and the power cable is connected, they both light up. In this case I found it strange that it didn't happen. I had to connect the infrared cable to make it turn on. A one strip of LEDs turned on and flashed 4 times on the infrared receiver. I immediately saw that there were more problems. I'll see if I can read the no-load voltage value and then divide it by the LEDs and find out its value. I hope you let me read the empty tension.
