I correct the post, the 5 volt power supply is present, the 16 and 24 volts are missing after carrying out the test as you suggested

The Panasonic block diagram really SUCKS! I suppose it has errors.. tried to understand better but i have no time now.. maybe next..
need real PSB schematic or troubleshooting flow chart..

The Sub-pwr-on needed probably to be tied to gnd to activate the pfc+24v

ok thanks I'll try, instead for the 16 volts to activate them since they are not yet present following the test?

Hi,@davi.p do you have any other suggestions for performing the panel test and having the voltages on the p and pb boards, were you able to take a look at the service menu in detail, sorry if I bother you, I wanted to try to solve the problem and understand which component gives me the 'error, thanks

hi friend, I checked the components as you indicated and they are all ok, they have no shorts, if I can help you I tried to make a bridge from pin 11 to pin 17 and it is on the test point of the P board where there are the 16 volts I have a fixed voltage of 5 volts, so I think we have to find a way to activate the 16v

hello Davi.p update you on TV, I made the connection again, without making the bridge from pin 11 and 13 , I only left the bridge from pin11 card P to PIN 1 pb card, connected the P card to card A (main) and when I do current I have the voltage 5. 16 and 24v for a few seconds then the TV goes back to protection, if instead I connect card p-pb and card A I have not 16 and 24 not even for few seconds, to premise that these tests I carried out with the tcon disconnected

the long work week is coming to the end and i think i can follow you..
when you done my test you went out saying you havent more 16v, this made me think my test damaged something, but you never had a steady 16v, so no damages, now i noticed the simplified block schematic reports a couple of switches that enables PSB 16v output, those are always on (strangely!!) but disabled in standby, now if short "5v to Sub-P-on" didn't worked, check Sub-power-on pin at no load, if it is high level then needs to be shorted to gnd to make all power board be active, if that is the case, repeat all my test with the necessary changement

I'm sorry if I misunderstood, I have to bridge pin 11(5v) with a ground pin, right?

Not the 5v , obviously! the other one, Sub-power-on

hi friend, I tried to connect the Sub-P-on gnd to the chassis of the television but the p card still doesn't give me the PSB 16v and 24 volts, do you have any suggestions?

hi, i don't have the manual behind, check all the control pins of the P board connector when connected to the A and the supply voltages rises..
