    What do mean by both? Are you saying that the POW_TV and the 5V1 stay HIGH when TV is OFF?
    Never mind, I read post 22 again so the POW_TV may not be the same as PS_ON signal. Need to find out which one is the PS_ON pin.
    Too bad I cannot find the service manual for this model yet.

        Yeah, I went looking for the manual as well without luck. Couldn't even find a model that was close. I actually repaired a same TV in the model range as this one but don't have it anymore to be able to compare and contrast. Pity.
