    TV EEPROM's and Firmware

Hi, not seen one on this site was wondering if there's a section for firmwares and EEPROM dumps, I seem to have a lot of sets with random digital faults (poor lipsync, no DVB etc.) that I'm sure firmware would sort out. Hard to get for the cheapo chinese and turkish made chassis. There's a Russian site that has some dumps but not easy to find anything. In particular for me I am after a dump of the Flash ROM on a Vestel 16MB1300-1 DVB module as the IC is damaged. I've bought a used board but I wouldn't mind tinkering while I'm waiting for it to arrive.

Just a thought, it seems to me that people put up with these faults and use external sources until the set fails completely, then I end up with them and discover this after I've got life back in them.

Have zipped and uploaded all three pieces of firmware.

    Ubiquiti firmware help. US-8-150W POE
    by gurj1979
    Hi guys.

I've got a Ubiquiti US-8-150W POE switch which has issues with updating the firmware.
Turned out to be a bad EEPROM chip. It would read the firmware and work as normal, but failed to write new firmware to it.

So I took off the chip and read on EEPROM and saved it. Wrote to old chip and failed to write
Got New chip and writes good.

    THE PROBLEM...
It fails to fully load the firmware, POE lights fail to work during g firmware test during load. I'm suspecting bad EEPROM Read.

Does anyone have a Good Firmware I can have?...

    LG 34WR55QC dumps or firmware
    by zzztann
    Hello everyone,

I've been searching for days but couldn't find an EEPROM dump for my monitor. I tried flashing it using an MStar ISP programmer via HDMI, but something went wrong, and now the monitor is completely bricked—no display, no connection.
    On board says 34WP75C Questions:
    1. Does anyone have a working EEPROM dump for this monitor?
    2. If HDMI is dead, should I try desoldering & flashing the chip directly (e.g., with CH341A)?
    3. Any other recovery methods?

NP930XED Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro Laptop PD Firmware Loop
    by sikocan
    Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a recent experience I had with a laptop that had a Type-C Port issue, specifically related to a PD (Power Delivery) controller problem. After replacing the damaged PD controller chip with a new one I purchased from AliExpress, the laptop now charges properly and negotiates power as expected, allowing the device to power up. I've replaced this chip twice just in case.

However, it seems that the laptop's BIOS is detecting an older version of the PD Firmware on the newly installed chip. As a result, it attempts...
