Sony KDL-32s20L1 no picture

When I got this TV a few weeks ago, it had a 3 flashing standby light. So after lots of testing I put a BU board in. Voila, problem solved works great.

The next day I turn on the TV and I get "The black screen".
No picture, or menu or even any kind of display (clock/chan.) - nothing.
Audio is working fine - and backlight is on. So I figured I would just take a quick look at the settings, before moving on.

Now here is where it gets weird:
- I turned off the set,
- Power up through the "Settings Adjustments" screen
(display, chan.5, vol.+, power)
- Immediately, everything works perfectly again (video, audio, etc..)

When I repeat this process - it seems that I have no video on normal power-on , but works perfectly as long as I go through the "Settings Adjustment" procedure.

This one has me completely stumped. I'm not even sure where to "start" looking.

Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

Well, it's been a while but guess it's time to revisit this one.

After playing around for a while --
It seems that the Unregulated 10.5 vdc from the power supply (to B/U)
isn't stabilizing until about 13.59 volts.

Now the problem doesn't seem to happen all the time ( about 75-80%)

What I have noticed though, is that if the voltage on this line (CN6202 pin 7/8) doesn't cross the 13.00 volt threshold on initial start-up - the set powers up fine and everything works perfectly.
If it goes over 13 vdc = no picture/video.

I could probably just buy a board; but I rather try and source it (if I can), and
any and all help is appreciated

Anyone have any thoughts or ideas ?????
