    Philips 42PF9731D blinking error code

    Hello!
    This Philips 42PF9731D amberlight unit does blink error code 12 (one long and two short blinks, then a delay of 3 seconds)
    Which according to service manual is +12V failure.
    Any advice what use to get bad here?

    Checked the +12V on PSU first?
    Shorted diodes, bad caps, main board short...

      It appears the +12V line is low (like 9.8V) even if the connector is disconnected (with the load).

        Check for bad cap on 12V rail. Pictures of boards?
