Looking for some help with my VO37LHDTVA10.
I experienced the 'yellow light' issue with this TV where the TV would not power on. After reading around this forum (thank you!) and the web, I checked the power board for bulged capacitors and burn out, and did the same for the mainboard. Everything seemed in order. To speed things along, I decided to ordered a replacement power supply board and mainboard to see if I could isolate the issue.
I first replaced the power supply board, which had no effect. So I put the original power supply board back in and then replaced the mainboard. The TV now powers on (progress!)...
However, I'm now stumped by three problems:
1) The screen is off-center, fuzzy, and obviously not as it should be (photo: http://sdrv.ms/14EDHTL)
2) None of the buttons on the side of the TV work except the power button.
3) The remote does nothing.
Any help would be appreciated. NOTE: My technical skill set is limited to replacing parts. I unfortunately lack most troubleshooting equipment mentioned by members here. I suppose I'm looking for high-level guidance to see if replacing parts may fix the issue.
