Curtis LCD3215a power lite turns green and keeps flashing

Hello I have a Curtis lcd3215a
The power light turns green and flashes
All power voltages are ok if you unplug
The2 wire connector you get a back light
Any help will be appreciated thanks

Are power voltages bad if you plug the connector back in? (presumably the one on the main board going to the power board?)

No voltages are good with every thing pluged in
