Hello, I repaired it voudré lcd "OKI V32B PHTUVI" power card has 2 ps10-3 522989 tht6 Selkups 24/9 856/17 mb61-2 after having found four diodes fuse D116, D117, D152, D303 I I changed no sign of life, no LED Lighted except digital bibe, I noted the attention.
3v = 2.75 approx.
5v 12v yes yes 33 not help me to find fault thank you.

Except digital "bibe", what is this?
This is a VESTEL, the power indicator is often off when the set is powered on, and lit up in standby.

OK, this indicates the TV is probably powered up. Check the outputs of the power supply. Schematic for similar (not completely identical) version:

Here, I measured the voltage according to the diagram, I suspect the transformer TR100 and guilty

D 105 10v ??? (24v!)
D 106 10v ??? (24v!)

D 312 12V
D 334 5V
D 813 3,3
