I am having a problem with my TV and am wondering if it's worth repairing. I am an EE and have no problem soldering or replacing boards. I took the TV apart and do not see any obvious damage to any of the boards. The power supply looks clean with no sign of heat damage or bad caps. The TV basically works, but the display seems to have some ghosting, almost like the refresh rate has been slowed way down. Attached is a picture showing what it looks like. Any idea where to look next?
