This one seems to have a dud panel. I've tried two T-Cons, two 120Hz boards, and three main boards all with the same results.

Man that sucks. This problem is getting more and more common. But, I must ask if you're sure because I've never heard of sharp panels failing like that. To be sure you need a scope to see what signals are being sent to the panel.
