well after taking of ribbons cleaned contacts on conector and riboons (not the internal screen ones ) images is now dark , we notice the brightness of the inverter but no Rain image like it was ... getting worst

Ah you cannot see the tab bonds without taking the metal rim off the panel... You will see screws holding it in place, remove these and you will find two long boards sitting on top of the panel... there are a series of ribbons that come from these and feed into the LCD

noticed some bad joint on the main IO on the Tcon board , will rechek all the solder joints , and later on post the results ,

newtothis , yes i noticed , i tear down the screen , and added some good termal pad to make pressure on the ribbons . but guess during the cleaning on the Tcon is got weird , now since image is not longer with rain with the left side of panel getting weird , not its all black , noticing that there is some brightness due to the inverter . just unsoldered the main io and solder it again . washing the board on the UC , and let me chek now if it works or not

i reforced tap bonds again , but problema persist , could this be a Tcon board problem ?

i have been Reading a few manuals about this kind of situations , and they mention somethimes the lcd driver fails .. somethimes they say to try freeze the IC to see if we notice some diference after it ,but i have nothing to help me out freezing the ic to chek what happen .. any one of you that is expert , can tell me how can i know if this AS15-F IC is ok ? should i look for voltages ,? pulses ?? any help would be perfect . thk in advance

Doubt it is the AS15 gamma IC.

Pretty sure that is the panel.

I have an AS15 Fault here... could show you what it looks like

Probably the tabs on this cannot be permanently repaired. It doesn't work for all of them.

well i assembled it in a way i could be with the tap bond turned to me , and found the culprit , is the left tapbond , must find a pressure way were it stand forever like this .

done , gonna assembled it now , and more 3 days of test , moving tv to diferent places for the tv can sufer a few hard movements like in transport to see if the tap bond stay in the correct shape . thk guys , just now i noticed all the posts lol

added slim foam behind the TAP bond and added a 1mm termal pad on the tap bond and added super tape to fix it in a good place , inserted metal rim allready , finishing the assembly for full test ,. thk for your opinions guys , newtothis , thk mate , btw i know now how it is a gamma ic fault , i've seen a few pictures , and yesterday i was thinking no the tap bons , because the fault was really centered in one only place , let see now . thk guys

Gamma IC faults only affect the whole panel. So this is not a gamma fault.
