Lines on Sky PDS4250 Plasma TV

ok guys not been on this in a long time. had a mate ask me to look at his tv its model number is above, first TV ive ever even seen from sky (never knew they made them) but as pictured i have 2 lines going down the screen, what could possibly be causing this ?

Cold solder joints on the flex going to the plasma panel.
I think Sky were selling these with their TV packages a while ago... Just an LG plasma panel inside.

this sounds so dumb to you i bet !! how do i repair the cold solder joints and how can i find them ?

tom i noticed that some silver things on one of the boards are a little bulged, i replaced these with caps on a tv before with power problems and it fixed the board. tried to take some clear pictures. if you need more let me know thanks

They're probably OK. They normally look a little like that.

Sorry, but your pictures are next to useless, I can't see anything...

I need one of the chassis so I can tell you where to look, remember, I don't know this TV or have it in front of me.

Can you get me a picture of the sticker in the top right I've ringed? In fact one of each of the stickers would be useful. I can look up service information using them.

Also, I've highlighted some of the visible driver packs for the columns. You will need remove the main board assembly to access the rest of them. Basically you want to unscrew the module, carefully detach the flex, then get me a picture of what's under there (need to know if it has resistor-on-flex or not.)
