JVC 32DM20 Back Lights Turning On and Off

I have a JVC 32DM20 here, and it will turn and and light up for a few seconds. Then it goes black for about 30 seconds then the lights come on for a few seconds again. It just keeps repeating this cycle over and over. I will ad a picture of the power supply board. I know it looks burnt, but I have had these boards in Emerson tvs before which also looked burnt in the same spots, but still worked fine. Any sugestions would be great. Thank you in advance.

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

Hi all,
I came across this very active forum with knowledgeable folks on electronic circuits and components, while google searching for the details of my burnt IC marked 7603 in Intel NUC board. I joined this forum today and this is my first post here.
I recently got an Intel NUC 10i5 and had installed Linux Mint and was using it for about a month when it died suddenly and did not power up after that.(Power Adaptor is ok). When I opened the NUC , there was a burnt IC marked 7603 (and ILCB in second line). I am unable to find the details/datasheet of this IC. I will be grateful if...

RCA LED46C45RQ,Sound but no Back lights

Sound no picture RCA LED46C45RQ,Power Supply Board RE46HQ1301.
Has All voltages coming from main board.No voltage going to
Back lights from power board.Have no Schematic.Back lights work when
Led Back light Strip tester is used.Tester shows 110 volts from each
side.Also if you use the side controls and use the vol +or- tv shuts
down.

Lenovo 15iml05 Power led lights for 12 seconds then off 12 seconds

Hello. I bought a faulty Lenovo ideapad 3, but it turns out the 3Valw buck converter burnt a hole through the board. I was able to clean it up, and remove all the shorts. I now can power the 3.3v rails from a bench power suppy while connecting the laptop to its psu, and I get the additional 5valw, 1.8v, and 1.05v, form what I can tell in the schematics, those are the only 4 voltages I should see before turning on, and they are present. Lift Master Garage Door wall switch display / motion sensor controller display disappeared no back light

This happened last Saturday and today I finally had time this morning before I went to work to replace two non brand capacitors

I will let you be the judge weather or not these are bad or not according to the blue ESR meter that I am using

I am comparing them to a brand new one that I installed

The display came back on and the programming was not lost which I was surprised by I would have thought that when the display went blank that so did the memory as well

I going to let it run for several days before I remount back on the wall next to the...
