Toshiba 52RV53CU LCD Panel possible fix ?

Toshiba 52RV53CU LCD 52" LCD TV, vertical bar as picture shows, it happens with menu. I tried: Press the tab bond, no change;Changed the t-con, same problem. So now the only explaining is the panel bad.
Base on the vertical bar, I can determine only one of four drivers circuit failed. The IC is not burnt, so I guees there must be the capacitors or the resistors problem. I used the cold sprays against the area , miracle: the vertical bar disappear !
But I was happy too early, after a few seconds, the bar happened again, and even I used the cold spray again, no more change. But I can say one or more of the capacitors failed. SO I think it can be fixed by replace the capacitors, though I don't have the semantics so not sure the values of the capacitors.
If anyone knows, appreciate to let me know.

I would be... surprised if the capacitor were failed. Is it possible the tab bond is failed in such that the chip has bonding problems (we have seen before that pressing on the chip can sometimes help.)

The tab driver IC may be bad and no amount of pressure can fix it. I have encountered those ICs that burn when failed.

I would like to know if this has ever been solved as I am having the same issue but only on the far right side. I have replaced the T-Con board in mine but still have the same issue. Waiting on the tech for a call back tomorrow but notice a or what looks to be a bad cap on the sub power control panel that feeds into the video processor. I will add a picture on the next reply

This is the cap on the sub power control. Could this be a reason for the vertical rainbow lines since it does feed into the video board then into the T-Con

It is definitely bad but would not cause the lines.
The panel is likely bad and not worth fixing.

Yeah, I'd go with a good quality plasma on your next purchase. That's too big a TV to have to trash.

I didn't fix it, as I checked again the IC on the tab failed, have to recycle the whole TV for parts.

I am having the same issue with a 52RV530U, vertical lines.
Worth trouble shooting or scrap?
