    TWF LCD 2641ID parts needed

I've done a search first, TV at mates house didnt have cam so no pictures as yet.

The model is TWF LCD 2641ID, other numbers on the board TEP110ID &
    05TA132C.

My problem is the a few compontents have blown to dust and just lef there legs.

    1. Fuse blown 3.15amp location :>F300

    2. IC21 one leg burnt & detached from FSD200 VG06

    3. D201 blown to dust only legs standing

    4. Cant see the marking on board thing its D200 or D300 only legs standing next to D201

    5. C202 Ceramic Disc Capicator, very hard to read got burn marks only can make out ( KX222M ) on the top

I've seen a repair kit on that well popular auction site.

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/05TA0132D-...item23263ec692

Not sure if these are correct thought
    D200 OR D300 =
    D201 = BA159?
But the CDC its written wrong 2n2 2kv which i think is 2.2nf 2kv ?

Cant find the service manual or schematic, but looks like a few others use this psu board grundig, goodsman, bush.

I also just found out its a Sainsbury own brand

Would be greatful to ID the correct parts thank you inadvance

    This seems more accurate http://www.ohmsupplies.co.uk/KIT05-R...0ID-/-TEP1101D

Re: TWF LCD 2641ID parts needed

Amazing, same day and nearly same problem here. When I plug in the TV the standby led is red for about 5 secs, then silence.

    My board is a 05TA132D / TEP110ID and you're right, my C202 is also 222M CS 560-2 565-1 Y400V and that's 2.2nF 400VAC. Here is the circuit plan for my board : h**p://arizanotlari.c*m/Semalar/Tv/lcd/telefunken/power/05ta132d-sema.pdf

Your point no. 4 seems to be the jumper cable J300. It's just a solid jumper, right between D201 and IC21.

When did your board blow up? On power-on?

    Cheers,
    Arnd

Its my friends tv, happen like 2 months ago, only today ive been able to get around to have a look on it.

If i remember correctly J300 is next after that C202 & its just a jumper its a bit scorch but looks ok.

When i cleaned up the area it looks like legs from a components.
The one i couldnt ID it looks like i little grey blob or large ZD, the end had a large bit stuck to it.

If you can put up pictures, that help.

          Hi,
          D201 is a BYV36C diode.
I'll go to bed now but will upload a pic of my board tomorrow.

Many thanx tofubazille that D201 diode looks about correct

            1. 3.15amp Fuse
            2. IC21 = FSD200
            3. D201 = BYV36C
            4. ??? = Unknown part or jumper
            5. C202 = 2.2 2kv CDC

And your saying (4) is a jumper

Only different his CDC C202 is blue, and it blown his fuse also.

Yeah, this area is just a bit "smoky" on my board. I really wonder why my TV doesn't work anymore. I will try to replace C202, D201 and IC21. -
I wouldn't buy these sets you mentioned, it's cheaper to buy in China (at least from Germany). I bought IC21 for 1,20€ on ebay (China) and the other stuff for some cents at a local store. Of course shipping will take about two or three weeks.

can get on that well know auction site, that D201 = BYV36C thing the only part cant get on there.

Those kits too expensive £15 - 25 can get nearly every part twice for about £8

But from whot i can gather it looks like those 4-5 parts seems to be the problem.
Will also recommend a recap to him?

Re: TWF LCD 2641ID parts needed

I really wonder why all repair kits use a BA159 instead of BYV36C (like shown in schematics). They are both rectifiers but I don't know if they are compatible. - The weird thing is that C202 and D201 are connected to each other, on my board they are limited to 600V and 400V, the replacements are both 1000V and the cap has a different capacity.
So the question is: Did they use different components to improve the board layout or did they just use some components without thinking about it?
A BA159 would be much easier to get.

Someone around here with better knowledge and who can tell us more?

C202, R204, D201 form Snubber circuits to protect the SMPS IC. Higher votage rating are better for this circuit. D201 has to be high speed switching type not general purpose due to power supply switching frequency. BA159 is a good sub since it has 1000V breakdown voltage.
                        https://cdn.badcaps-static.com/pdfs/...016855d275.pdf
That section of the power supply is the standby power supply which always running.
Did you get the new SMPS IC also?
                        is only rated at 600V.

I bought a new IC (FSD200) but I'm not sure if it will solve my problem (when I plug in the TV, the stand-by led is red for some seconds, then off).

Check to see if you do have 5V at the 5V STBY PIN (Connector S300 PIN 6), it should be there the minute you plug the TV into the outlet.
@tofubazille, are the resistor, diode, cap in that snubber section checked out OK, if the snubber failed, it will take out you new IC due high spike voltage not being suppressed by the snubber circuits.
IC 21 is the SMPS IC.
IC 20 (6-PIN) is an OptoIsolator.
Cap C213, 33UF start up cap can cause problem also.

The TV is a Samsung UN65JU67ODFXZA Version TD01. I replaced the power source board and the TV is now working, but I decided to try and troubleshoot the old board to fix at the component level. Trying to get a schematic and a parts list has proven to be an issue. Trying on my own, I can't tell you how many times my Norton security has flagged sites as "malicious". I ordered a service manual from ServiceManuals.net, paid $16.99 and got 66 pages of everything BUT schematics and component parts list! Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Some of the surface mounted component parts...

I need to find this USB3 port off a Dell Inspiron 3463 AIO motherboard that was damaged. There's a number on the top of it: "DR17264", which crossed with nothing. I struck out with digikey and mouser and even ebay....perhaps I'm not using the correct search terms....but this is annoying!! Parts hunting apparently is indeed an art!!

So here it is, find me one!!

The board is ready & waiting for a new one....no I didn't scorch the board, that's just flux paste....the holes are clear and ready.

I recently found myself the proud owner of a later-model Samsung plasma (the PN59D7000 for those keeping score at home) whose panel was, unfortunately, damaged in transport. I'm now preparing to part it out, but am curious as to whether or not any damage would have come to any of the components by attempting to power it up with the panel being broken. I read in one Avsforum thread (for whatever that's worth 😂) that the "scan driver boards" (by which I assume he means buffer boards) could be impacted by doing so. Is that actually the case? If so, since I don't intend on selling bad...

                                Hi,

I have an Asus Rog Strix B360-I Gaming with missing parts. I know there is a resistor missing for sure, but nearby it seems there might have been also a transistor or mosfet. Below the picture of the area on the board with the missing parts. The interesting area is inside the rectangle.

I'd appeciate if somebody could make a detailled picture of this area from a working board and post it here. Getting the parts values would also be helpful. The revision of the board is 1.02 .

                                Thanks in advance...
