    在5v与POWER_on/off 之间加一个开关 可以看到12v 24v 输出!
    电源没有12v 24v 主要检查NCP1608和附近的电阻 电容 加焊试试! ^_^

    @Mckitrick:
I'm glad you found the cause of the problem, but since I'm gonna have to change the EEPROM chip, I think I'm gonna order one from ShopJimmy. I don't have a programmer neither a new chip, so buying those two just for one unit would be too expensive here in Brazil.

Mckitrick, if you do not want to post it here, PM me and I can host it elsewhere: then it is my problem if Sony complain.

Foil and a heat gun?! Guys, that's not wise. If you don't have the proper tools, don't try and do this repair yourself. You're just going to end up writing off a particularly nice display (eeprom problems aside).

A couple of people have reached out to me, asking to post the bin. As I mentioned before, it's Sony code and posting it in the forums would very likely tick off the moderators.

There are plastic latches/clips that hold it in place, you have to use a little force to separate the back cover after all the screws are out. It almost sounds like you're breaking it when you do this.

How the hell do you remove the back cover? I have removed all the screws that I can see and the back cover doesn't seem to want to come off. Can some one show me if there are any latches? I don't want to force it open and snap something.

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sony-CECH-ZE...item3f2f201e1e

If that's the one you're talking about then ShopJimmy is selling them. It says their name in the seller information and also has their information in the description.

Does anybody know who is selling them on ebay and I would like to make sure that they are legit eeprom pre-programmed and not a scam artist selling eeprom not programmed for $37.99.

Anyone wants to give us some feed back please.

I wanted to order them from ShopJimmy but they only ship to Canada via UPS and I refuse to pay $49.00 shipping cost and then possibly get stucked with huge brokerage fees in order to get them here.
I once ordered a $20.00 electronic item that ended cost me $39.00 UPS shipping cost and $47.00 UPS brokerage fees, I could ahve bought same item in Canada for $79.99 .

So from now on cross border, I refuse to do business with a shipper that use UPS>

I (or someone else) really should try out reading/writing flash chips. Then just do a how-to on how to do it. Like, I'm not sure what sort of file you'd have, different page/word sizes, different communication protocols, etc...

$35 is still cheaper than the ebay repair service, and it actually takes me 3 minutes to program an eeprom, that's including the "verifying the device with the buffer" step.

How much is the "programmed Chip" at ShopJimmy?

I do not see it on their website , I only see the board itself.

Do you have a part number to order the IC/chip programmed form ShopJimmy?

    Appreciate your help

    here is the issue
I have Sony and android logo. but then 4 led red flash lights front of the tv

I have 3.3v ref. 12v reg then T con 12v when I press the power on button
but then I get black screen and 4 red flash light at the front LED
but I get 3 led flash on the LED driver board.

I check that few X900F or C YouTube repairs, seems that if you have 4 led red flash it could be due of LED black light error

[Help] Lenovo Yoga Slim 7-14ARE05 (DA0LS3MBAF0) – 25Q80DVN1G Flash Is All FF, USB-C PD Stuck at 5V
    by ekozeko333
    Hi all,
I’m trying to recover a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7-14ARE05 with board DA0LS3MBAF0 Rev:F. I’ve run into an unusual issue where USB-C PD is stuck at 4.7–5V and the system won’t boot (keyboard lights flash briefly, then nothing).
🔥 The Problem Started After Suspected ESD/PD Fault
I experienced a power issue or ESD event through a USB-C charger
After that, the NX20P5090 power switch was visibly burned and was replaced
Now the PD controller always negotiates 5V @ 2A, even with known-good chargers

Nikon D800 camera - flash don’t work and capacitor don’t charge
    by corrize
    Hello, I'm stuck in troubleshooting…
The flash system works like that : when the (mechanic) flash button is pressed, the flash mecanically pop up, and a circuit buck boost elevate 7v (batt) to 200-300v (?) for charging the big capacitor. And when the photo shoot button is pressed, the capacitor is discharged in the xeon light.

In the D800, there is a first « power board » close to the battery. 2 wires (batt 7v) goes to another little « flash board ». I measured 7v, so ok.
When I press the flash button, it's detected by the system, flash icon appear on LDC display....

Sony 49XH9505 four flash of death
    by protonusr22
    Hello,
I own a Sony 49XH9505 123.2cm Smart Android 4k quite new bough brand new in 2021. Just after the warranty has expired it had died on me.
The symptoms are the following: right after turning on backlight turns on and this loading screen appears, than the display turns off and the red led flashes four times.
Any idea how to fix it or if it at least fixable? Does this sign related maybe some SoC/DSP and its circuits or just some simple power supply issues somewhere ?

    Many thanks in advance,
