Fixed insignia 47 that had no pic with tcon. now right at power on the on screen display says powering on brightly with blue box then after 3 to 4 seconds it dims and the blue box dims. is this normal , tv seems pretty bright but did i miss something i have multiple red blinks turning off on the indicator light.
