Samsung ln46a530p with red lines

I have a Samsung ln46a530p that has some weird wavy lines down the left hand side.

They go away when you push in on the back, but they wave around when the TV is moved.

I know this model has had trouble with capacitors, but I am curious as to whether this is fixable, and what might be the likely culprits.
