Panasonic TH-50PX60 screen went black Help!

Guys I have the TV listed above.

I was watching it and all of a sudden the screen goes black.

The red light blinks 10 times in a repeating pattern.

Any trouble shooting and help would be appreciated.

First try this: Turn TV on, wait for it to do 10 blinks, remove all HDMI, press power button (turn TV off) then press power button once more (turn TV on).
