LG32LCD-EC Noise when power on

Looking for help please
When this TV is switched on there is a very loud crackling noise coming from the set if left on the crackling will go off and if the set is switched off then switched on when still warm it performs Okay
Any help please

similar to the problem i'm having on my samsung i narrowed it down to the main board but got no further, i applied heat with a hair dryer and it clears up quickly but once cold again i'm back to the start

The noise is coming through the speakers as I can mute it

Very common fault on this unit is low +3.4V rail which can cause that fault. Bad caps or bad control IC.
